Roof Replacement Clayton NC is a referral website for homeowners in Clayton, NC and nearby Johnston County and eastern Wake County towns. This page explains plainly how the site makes money and what it does not do, so you can decide whether to use it.
The site is a free referral service. When you send a request through the form, it goes to one independent local roofer, not to a list of companies. For every referral it receives, that roofing company pays a fee to this site. Homeowners never pay the site anything and never receive anything from it, whether money, gifts, discounts or help with an insurance deductible.
This site is not a contractor and does no roofing work. It does not inspect roofs, write estimates, set prices, sign contracts or take part in insurance claims, and it does not name or vouch for the roofer who receives your request. That roofer is a separate business responsible for its own estimate, license where one is required, insurance, contract and work.
Because the referral fee comes from the roofer, you are free to compare its estimate with others or to decline it. Before you sign, check insurance, references, a written contract and written warranties, and for a job of $40,000 or more, the company's North Carolina general contractor license. The roofing rules page explains how.
